With experience from large transformations within more than 25 clients from different industries, Lisa has gained invaluable insights into the disconnect between enterprise operations and enterprise strategy. By identifying and defining a fitting organisational design, way of working and leadership culture, Lisa has proven to be a strategic partner for her clients. She has coached her clients - on all levels through the organisation - to match their leadership style, way of working, and tone of communication to match the organisations’ contemporary and future needs. Rather than only coaching and advising her clients, Lisa commits herself to implement the changes following the new organisational design.

Lisa believes that to offer effective strategic support requires us to leverage the knowledge already in existence within the organisation. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what the organisation does, what different teams do, how management operates, and what the workforce experiences.
