We are seeking skilled and experienced Agile Hardware Experts to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess academic and practical expertise in hardware engineering processes (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrialization, integration), with a focus on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. This role requires deep understanding of Agile principles and various frameworks, as well as experience in implementing Agile methodologies within hardware development and production projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing Agile concepts to cross-functional (or multi-disciplinary) teams in hardware engineering and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Agile methodologies in hardware development processes. 
• Apply Continuous Improvement to workflows and enhance productivity. 
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on adapting Agile principles to their specific context. 
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to blend Agile way of working with long-term planning and delivery constraints. 
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with hardware projects. 
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the teams and the greater organization. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, mathematics, physics, chemistry or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware development. 
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as, but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. 
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Lean Product Development principles and their application to hardware delivery. 
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to adapt Agile practices and mindset. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. 
• Ability to influence and inspire teams to embrace change. 
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practice Consultant, or SAFe Release Train Engineer are a plus.
